There is something powerful that happens when women gather around a story that mirrors their own prayers.

This season, our Women’s Ministry is stepping into a deeper place of faith, resilience, and spiritual expectation as we begin our new book club journey with The Hannah Anointing by Michelle McClain-Walters. This is not just a book selection, it is a divine assignment.

Hannah’s story in Scripture (1 Samuel 1–2) is one of the most emotionally honest journeys in the Bible. She was a woman carrying silent pain, misunderstood by others, yet deeply known by God. Her tears were not weakness. They were worship. Her waiting was not wasted time. It was preparation. Her prayer was not casual. It was desperate, bold, and transformative.

That is why this book is so timely for us.

Many women know what it feels like to carry promises that have not yet manifested. We know what it means to pray for family, for healing, for restoration, for purpose, for open doors, and for peace in the middle of pressure.
